Refund Policy
01. General Refund Position
Axiomera Nexus provides advisory services based on professional time, analysis, preparation, research, meetings, and documentation.
Because advisory work often begins before a final report is delivered, refunds are limited and depend on the stage of work completed.
02. Before Work Begins
If a client cancels before any analysis, research, scheduling, preparation, document review, or meeting time has occurred, the client may request a refund of amounts paid, minus payment processing fees or administrative costs where applicable.
A cancellation is not considered received until the company confirms receipt in writing.
03. After Work Begins
Once work has begun, fees may be non-refundable in whole or in part. Work may include discovery review, document intake, meeting preparation, stakeholder communication, research, analysis, drafting, vendor comparison, roadmap development, risk review, or report preparation.
Any partial refund will be based on the unused portion after accounting for completed work, reserved time, administrative costs, and deliverables already prepared.
04. Delivered Reports
Fees for completed and delivered reports, roadmaps, assessments, recommendations, audit summaries, or advisory documentation are generally non-refundable.
If a delivered item contains a factual error based on information previously supplied, the company may provide a correction or clarification instead of a refund.
05. Client Delays
Missed meetings, delayed responses, unavailable stakeholders, incomplete documentation, or failure to provide requested information may affect timelines and deliverables.
These circumstances do not automatically create a refund right.
06. Out-of-Scope Requests
Refunds are not granted because the client requests services outside the agreed advisory scope, such as software implementation, infrastructure management, credential-based access, coding, deployment, or ongoing system administration.
The company may decline out-of-scope work and provide a separate estimate where appropriate.
07. Refund Review
To request a refund review, the client should provide the invoice reference, service purchased, date of purchase, reason for the request, and supporting details.
The company will review the request in good faith based on the work completed, agreed scope, written terms, and applicable law.
08. Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact the company before initiating a chargeback so the issue can be reviewed directly.
Improper chargebacks may delay resolution and may result in suspension of services or collection of amounts owed.
